For most Orlando drivers, yes. Ceramic tint rejects far more infrared heat than dyed or carbon film, so the car cools down faster and the A/C works less. You'll notice it most on dark interiors parked in the sun.

Front side windows must let in at least 28% of light on every vehicle. Sedans can go to 15% on the rear sides and back glass. SUVs, trucks and vans can go to 6% on the rear. Windshield tint is allowed only above the AS-1 line.
It depends on the film. Carbon blocks up to about 40% of heat, ceramic up to about 60%, and our Ceramic IR Max up to about 80%. All of them block 99% of UV.
Most cars take 2–3 hours. Trucks, SUVs and jobs with old tint to remove can take longer.
Keep them up for 3–5 days while the film cures. A little haze at first is normal and clears as it dries.
